| Shipping:Shipping Methods: We ship using USPS, UPS, Fedex, and DHL. Most orders are shipped with USPS.Shipping Destinations: We ship to all countries. Free shipping is for US and Canada only. Free shipping does not include tracking or insurance and is not an option for our services and other noted items. To protect ourselves from scammers, we will not be responsible for orders lost using the free shipping option, but if your package does not arrive, please let us know. Customers outside the US and Canada will have to pay $12 shipping and will always include a tracking number. Additional shipping options are available in the "Shipping Options" category for all destinations.Shipping Times: Most orders are process within 2 business days, shipping typically takes 3 days in the US and 1-10 days outside of the US. These are approximations, actual times may vary. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment, we have no control over shipping time. On average, US orders are received on the 4th business day after the order is placed.Returns:We have a strict no refund policy for any opened or used items, and make no promises of an exchange for damaged items. Consider everything to be sold as-is with no implied warranty of any kind, but we usually will replace defective items. If the returned item is not found to be defective, then the customer must pay to have the item shipped back and will not be reimbursed shipping costs. If it is found to be defective, we will ship a replacement at no extra charge and reimburse the minimal shipping costs (ex: we will not reimburse overnight shipping costs of $15, but will reimburse first class postage of ~$3). We will replace DEFECTS ONLY, if it is found that the customer DAMAGED the item, we will not replace it, but will do our best to replace the defective item at a discounted rate. In order to get a refund or exchange, you must open a support ticket or contact us on the forums and must provide your order number, a picture of the product, a description of what is wrong and how you tested it. You must contact us within one week of receiving the order in order to get an exchange or possibly a refund.Installation guarantee:Our installations are guaranteed for 2 months from the date you get your system back. If within 2 months there is a problem with OUR INSTALLATION, we will repair it for free (customer paying shipping both ways again). If it is found that our installation has been tampered with, the repair will not be done. In some cases, a warranty sticker will be placed on your console, the sticker will be hidden so it will not affect the appearance of your console, if the seal of the sticker is broken, then your warranty is void and any repair requests will not be honored. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
